Jochen Hauptmann

Managing Director

My name is Jochen. I have been working in the food industry for more than 15 years, particularly in quality management and process digitalisation.
As managing partner of SMAPAX GmbH, we developed the CCP-Check app for digitalising checklists for and around the HACCP concept. In addition, as a quality manager, I have gained extensive experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards. My expertise includes the implementation and successful application of international standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS Food and many others that are of crucial importance in quality and food safety management. I have completed training as a lead auditor for ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 and have in-depth knowledge of communication and structured reporting. In addition to my professional activities, I am actively involved in the board of the Association of the Baking Industry and in the Friends of the Vocational School I - Technology in Kaiserslautern, promoting the exchange of expertise and the further development of the industry.

Managing Director 

My name is Andreas. For 30 years, my goal as a management consultant has been to work with company employees to develop solutions and integrate them into practical management systems, with a focus on food companies and their certification according to current standards. My work in companies is based on my in-depth knowledge as an external quality management representative, consultant for the establishment and further development of management systems, and trainer for employees and managers. This practical experience has given rise to ideas for the digitalisation of processes that give employees and managers more time for important tasks. The first product to consistently implement this idea is the CCP-Check application from SMAPAX GmbH, of which I am the managing partner together with Jochen Hauptmann.
